Job Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role at NSB National Speakers Bureau in Vancouver, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, prospecting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow a client base while meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and KPIs
  • Promote our speakers for events, negotiate contracts, and attend industry events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and speakers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Inside B2B Sales or Account Management experience
  • Customer service and relationship management experience
  • Knowledge of and experience in the speaking, events, meetings, training & development, or entertainment industry
  • Experience working with a CRM program
  • Bachelor's degree
