Third-party Technology Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Third-party Advisor, Technology to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with IT vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain contracts with IT vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Collaborate with procurement colleagues to develop and implement vendor management strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on vendor-related matters, including contract negotiations and risk management.
- Manage multiple vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement plans to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with third-party vendors through joint governance processes.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Negotiation experience with third-party vendors.
- Previous experience with contract management and risk assessment.
- Strategic analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
