Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1003155 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
Work Environment

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
