Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, portioning meals, and serving our customers. You will work closely with your manager to learn on the job and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and supervisory abilities. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of food items for the day, including leading all aspects of food preparation and assisting with inventory controls.
  • Manage cash handling, POS, debit transactions, and daily bank deposits.
  • Order supplies from preferred vendors and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions, while maintaining daily temperature logs and adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Complete opening and closing station checklists and assist with daily safety observations.
  • Lead and advise employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of customers.

  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Food service experience preferred.
