Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Analyst to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Equity Trading desk, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our clients and facilitating the trade process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Correspond with clients regarding trade matching, allocation, and settlement of equity trades
  • Oversee trade allocation, including foreign and domestic trades
  • Address client trade matching and settlement issues, including foreign and domestic trades
  • Amend trading issues, including foreign and domestic trades
  • Update and open client accounts
  • Provide operational support for NCIB and ATM programs for corporate clients
  • Process ETF subscriptions and redemptions
  • Develop project management procedures and tools for major activities
  • Identify needs and suggest solutions for administrative improvements in procedures, processes, or systems
  • Customize technical tools to support unusual or new business requirements
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Canadian Securities Course or any Canadian Securities Institute Courses
  • Proficiency in French
