Kitchen Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our kitchen operations at 2512106 ALBERTA LTD. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and kitchen management.
- Education Requirement: Completion of secondary (high) school education.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage daily kitchen operations.
This position involves supervising general cooks and kitchen helpers.
