Preschool Education Facilitator

Join our dedicated team at Care and Fun Childcare Limited as an Early Childhood Educator. This is a permanent position that offers a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. We seek individuals who are passionate about fostering the growth and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities- Assist colleagues with daily tasks, including housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Design and execute educational programs that enhance the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children.
- Maintain and care for daycare resources and equipment.
- Evaluate children's progress and communicate findings to parents.
- Support lead educators in implementing developmental programs.
- Facilitate engaging activities such as storytelling, music, and excursions.
- Help maintain accurate records as required by early childhood education standards.
- Encourage creativity through various artistic and physical activities.
- Guide children in developing healthy habits related to nutrition, dressing, and personal care.
- Stay informed about licensing regulations and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes children's health and well-being.
- Certification in Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR.
- Completion of an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
- Pass a Child Abuse Registry check.
- Complete a Vulnerable Sector check.
- Demonstrates punctuality and reliability.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Possesses sound judgment and a commitment to teamwork.
- Upholds values and ethics in all interactions.
