Aon is seeking a talented Analyst, Health Solutions to join our team in Montreal or Quebec. As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and expertise for client projects, including plan design, financial and underwriting review, and insurance carrier reviews.
- Analyze claims, identify anomalies, estimate future plan costs, and develop pricing models.
- Prepare experience reviews and renewal underwriting analyses, and participate in the negotiation of renewal ratings.
- Review contracts, employee booklets, and financial statements, and prepare specifications for seeking quotations.
- Peer review data and reports, and assist consultants in client meetings and drafting presentations to clients.
- Develop strong working relationships with peers, clients, and group benefit insurance company representatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of group systems, products, and technology, and have a thorough understanding of how these relate to group insurance consulting.
- Lead by example by demonstrating and sharing with all lines of business the importance of best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills in developing solutions for complex client/business issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong technical expertise and the willingness to remain current with respect to industry trends, provincial and federal legislative policies, and changes.
- Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft office package.
- Bilingual written and spoken (French and English).
