Job Title: Administrative Officer

Vyoma Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including conflicts and technical problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
