Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus.
