Job Summary

Asees Junk Removal Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean and safe for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy space
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide basic information on facilities to customers and staff
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a variety of locations, including urban, rural, and remote areas
Work Environment

As a Floor Cleaner with Asees Junk Removal Ltd., you can expect to work in a variety of environments, including noisy and dusty conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
