Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 to 40 hours per week.
