Personal Banking Advisor

As a Personal Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on the lives of clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and a people-centric experience to clients as they navigate their mortgage renewal process.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and take calls from clients with a mortgage contract nearing expiry
- Examine existing mortgage loan files and assess clients' renewal needs
- Provide personalized advice on mortgage renewal options, including interest rates, terms, and conditions
- Negotiate and demonstrate the competitive advantages of loans, insurance coverage, and financial services that meet clients' needs
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
You will report to the Mortgage Retention Manager and work with a team of experts specializing in credit, mortgage financing, and other areas. Our team is dedicated to providing a stimulating and inclusive work environment that fosters learning and growth.
Training and DevelopmentYou will begin with on-the-job training, which will provide you with hands-on experience and knowledge of your role, our products, and our technologies. You must be available for full-time training 5 days a week.
Prerequisites- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
