About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Security Engineering Manager to join our team at Clio. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our cloud security engineering efforts and ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in our cloud-based products.
  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies and roadmaps to ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of cloud security engineers to design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on cloud security best practices and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including security teams, development teams, and executive leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cloud security engineering, with a strong background in cloud computing and security.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in cloud security technologies and architectures.
  • Ability to develop and implement cloud security strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience working with cloud security tools and technologies, such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS IAM, and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
