Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Trochu Family Foods. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Draw up production schedules
- Train staff
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Operate machinery
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
