About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2307427 Ontario Inc. as a Support Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of projects and programs, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including mentoring, coaching, and networking opportunities, to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Language Support: Provide language support to newcomers and refugees, helping them to navigate the Canadian job market and obtain foreign credential recognition.
  • Indigenous Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to Indigenous workers, helping them to achieve their career goals and objectives.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting our team members to achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
