About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Provisioning and Reporting Manager to join our team at the Canadian Red Cross. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of data and reporting services to support our philanthropic efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of data provision and reporting specialists, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of data and reports.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of our data assets.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Working Conditions
  • Remote Work: The successful candidate will work primarily from home, with occasional on-site meetings and travel.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in Canada and undergo a thorough background check.
