Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) to enhance our People and Culture division. This role is pivotal in advancing and embedding EDI principles within our organizational framework, particularly focusing on our operations in various locations. Collaborating with key internal partners, the Manager will be instrumental in executing our comprehensive national EDI strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement annual EDI initiatives and events
- Facilitate Action Committees and support affinity groups
- Work alongside the National Director to refine EDI strategies
- Coordinate with Communications and Recruitment teams for effective EDI outreach
- Manage overall EDI communications and updates on internal platforms
- Integrate EDI principles into talent management processes
- Engage in firm-wide committees to promote EDI integration
- Oversee partnerships with external EDI organizations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant educational qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or EDI strategy
- Proven experience in communication and employee engagement
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Ability to provide strategic advice on EDI and HR issues
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work additional hours as necessary
