Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing store displays and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
