Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at CSK Investors Group Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
Direct and manage the work of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Inspect and Monitor FacilitiesRegularly inspect our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all cleaning activities are being carried out in accordance with our quality standards.
Prepare Budgets and Cost EstimatesDevelop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, as well as prepare cost estimates for special projects and events.
Recommend and Arrange for Additional ServicesIdentify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
Maintain Financial RecordsAccurately maintain financial records related to cleaning activities, including invoices and payment receipts.
Assist Cleaning StaffProvide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, including training and coaching on cleaning procedures and best practices.
Coordinate with Other DepartmentsWork closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that all cleaning activities are coordinated and aligned with our overall facilities management strategy.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services and ensuring that all areas of our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a facilities management or cleaning services environment.
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cleaning staff.
Physical DemandsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
