Join Our Team as a Part-Time Keyholder:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Keyholder at our Movado Company Store located at a prominent outlet mall in Ontario. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Capture all customer relationship management (CRM) data in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Establish rapport with actual or potential customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in the watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail industries.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met (Flexible Schedule).
