Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Representative to join our team at Guardteck. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests at the Guest Services Desk, providing personalized support and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, going above and beyond to assist and engage with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, products, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to guests.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Problem Resolution: Promptly respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to address internal client needs and ensure a cohesive and efficient experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hotel concierge role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to real-time issues.
  • Teamwork: Comfort in engaging with the public and working as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office.
