About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at CHOLEBHATURE INC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
