Job Title: Front Desk Night Auditor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle room assignments, and manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Balance and reconcile the day's business, including cash, credit card transactions, and other financial activities.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, including the night audit report, to management and other relevant teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or night audit role is an asset.
  • Advanced math and bookkeeping skills, with the ability to accurately balance and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
