Job Title: Graphic Designer

Cybermeteors Ltd. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our communications materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce high-quality designs for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of designs to meet their communications needs
  • Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
  • Estimate time to complete designs and illustrations
  • Adapt existing illustrations and designs
  • Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look and graphic elements of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect
  • Develop graphic elements that meet clients' objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
  • Process files and paperwork
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Sitting
  • Large workload
  • Tight deadlines
