Position Overview

The Vice President of Human Resources at CNB Computers Inc. plays a crucial role in shaping the organizational structure and culture. This permanent position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, primarily in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and oversee the creation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Objective Setting: Define organizational objectives and formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility to others.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel; empower them with necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  • Event Management: Oversee and manage organizational events.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough performance reviews for staff.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising more than 20 individuals and managing various working groups.

  • MAC OS
Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant management experience.
