Ideal Candidate:

We are in search of a proficient clerk with robust accounting expertise and exceptional interpersonal abilities. In this vital position, you will manage statement reconciliations, liaise with vendors regarding outstanding credits, and handle accounts receivable processes.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Track, process, and reconcile payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, and refund requests, adhering to financial policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized accounts receivable documentation and records.
  • Possess a strong understanding of and experience with automated accounting systems.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred - familiarity with PBS software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate discretion, tact, sound judgment, and a high level of confidentiality when addressing sensitive matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
