About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Scale & Growth Team at Deel. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance on how to structure internal processes to drive growth while leveraging Deel's product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering
  • Knowledge of Deel's services, including payroll, HR, and product offerings
  • Designing and executing outreach campaigns to engage with our customer base
  • Identifying and preventing churn, while growing relationships with a larger book of clients
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Experience working with a regional or global book of business
  • Outreach campaign and automation expertise
  • Ability to handle escalations and frustrated customers
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Fluent English language skills
  • EMEA timezone location
