Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at The Ridge Hotel & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions related to housekeeping operations.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to housekeeping staff in performing their duties, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 35 hours per week
