Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At THG's HOT CHICKEN, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
