Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 0902356 BC Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs.
- Authorize return of merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and performance management.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic retail environment with a team of 3-4 people. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
