Role Overview:

As a Service Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service team. This engaging position allows you to interact directly with clients, explaining service recommendations in clear, understandable terms while identifying opportunities for additional services to ensure vehicle safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Welcome customers warmly upon their arrival.
  • Assess vehicle needs through customer interactions and thorough inspections.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to guide customers in planning necessary vehicle maintenance.
  • Generate detailed repair orders, providing transparent cost and time estimates.
  • Maintain regular communication with technicians and parts staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Update customers on their vehicle's status according to their preferences.
  • Follow up post-service to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience to foster loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to following up with customers.
  • Familiarity and comfort with technology.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
