Forklift Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Forklift Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial trucks and forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs and perform scheduled maintenance and service
  • Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
  • Repair and rebuild hoisting mechanism and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts
  • Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work under pressure
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
