Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Health Careers in Saskatchewan, you will play a vital role in providing nursing services in the home. You will work under the direction of the Home Care Manager to assess needs, set priorities for care, and develop standards for care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide nursing services in the home, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to assess needs and develop care plans.
  • Participate in educational programs and performance evaluation processes to ensure high-quality care.
  • Promote good public relations and participate in studies and research projects within the Home Care Program.

**Requirements:**

  • Two (2) years recent community nursing experience or a broad generalist background.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) and a Nursing diploma is acceptable.
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
