We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining sales records, and preparing merchandise for purchase or rental.
Key Responsibilities- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers, ensuring accurate and transparent communication.
- Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and up-to-date.
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring that all items are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
- Conduct sales transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment in a secure and efficient manner.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. As a Sales Assistant, you will be working in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
