Facilities Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Planning Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of facilities strategies and projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of facilities planning and project initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project management processes, including risk assessment, budget control, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, vendors, and community groups, to represent Fraser Health's interests.
- Supervise and mentor assigned staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, foundations, and municipalities.
- Provide expert advice on facilities planning and project management, ensuring alignment with Fraser Health's strategic plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- Professional designation, supplemented with seven to ten years' recent experience in facilities planning and project management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
