Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all areas of account management for our customers in the region, driving continued growth through developing new business with existing and new customers. The position collaborates with internal teams to support customer needs and internal sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to strategically acquire and grow new customers in the Oil Sands region.
  • Oversee all sales and account management duties for customers in the region, including providing direct sales and production support, building relationships, and managing contracts.
  • Manage local inventory of spare parts and conduct regular audits with our contracted warehousing agent.
  • Support L&H Field Service personnel in the planning and execution of onsite service work for machine outages.
  • Assist with the planning and development of new product designs and enhancements based on field performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing Sales/Technical Support/Customer Service/Marketing role.
  • Experience with fixed and mobile mining equipment.
  • Preferred - OSSA CSTS/BSO and other OSSA credentials.
