Mechanic - Small Engines and Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic - Small Engines and Equipment to join our team at UNDEROOF AUTOBODY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of small engines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Adjust and repair or replace defective parts of small engines and equipment
- Keep accurate maintenance reports and documentation
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work on small engines and equipment
- Order parts and maintain inventory of small engines and equipment
- Verify and repair emission control systems of small engines and equipment
- Troubleshoot and inspect small engines and equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
- Test repaired small engines and equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
- Perform repair work on heavy trucks
- Attach components and adjust new farm equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
