Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at ENDEAR NAILS SPA MASSAGE. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication with clients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Communication: Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
