Position Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at APS Metal Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries effectively. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries from clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
  • Provide detailed information regarding services and their associated costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistical data.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Log and manage customer complaints efficiently.
  • Clarify procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Follow up on work order issues as necessary.
  • Manage financial records and maintain various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using the Internet and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Windows, Word).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience with electronic mail systems.
Industry Experience

Experience in the metal fabrication sector is preferred.
