We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development & Client Partner for the domestic and international alerting business.

As a key player in our alerting team, you will be instrumental in expanding our business globally and strengthening our Canadian portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Manage your business pipeline, develop an ongoing key account plan, and help create a strategy for driving growth for our alerting business.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and develop strategies for client acquisition and presentations.
  • Network and liaise with agencies to create partnerships and connections within the industry, including supporting agencies such as the United Nations.
  • Act as a brand advocate for Pelmorex in the market with clients, industry events, and partners.
  • Liaise with finance, sales, legal, product, and technology teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent level of experience or any applicable related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in business development, client management, product growth, pipeline development, and strategy, preferably in alerting/mass notification and safety solutions for governments and enterprises.
  • ~ Demonstrable experience with market research, competitive analysis, presentation creation, and networking/relationship building.
  • ~ Ability to translate market insights and findings into actionable business strategies.
  • ~ Up-to-date knowledge of alerting, mass notification, and safety products and industries.
