{"Job Title": "Security Officer", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at St. Joseph Healthcare's King Campus. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

* Patrol and protect the campus and its surroundings
* Provide security services for all interior and exterior areas of the campus
* Work with the Security Manager and delegates to plan and implement security programs
* Escort staff to their parked cars
* Operate and staff security portals
* Assist staff, patients, visitors, and other agencies as required
* Respond to emergency codes and alarms
* Provide key and access control
* Conduct patrols and investigations
* Operate the Graphic User Interface (GUI) and monitor cameras
* Provide parking lot monitoring and support
* Follow up on emergency maintenance issues and incident reporting
* Use, maintain, and care for security property
* Conduct ground inspections and participate in emergency codes
* Provide ongoing support and issuing of personal alarms

Requirements:

* Valid Ontario Security Guard License
* Proficient in English (oral and written)
* Degree in Police Foundations, Protection Security and Investigations, Criminology, or Border Services (asset)
* Proof of double Covid Vaccination
* Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2)
* Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
* Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
