About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Benchperson to join our team at Tolko Industries in Williams Lake, British Columbia. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our round and band saws, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on round and band saws
  • Work collaboratively with tradespeople and other team members to achieve production goals
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment
  • Utilize organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
