About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Sushi Day. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness, working closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution.

Kitchen Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
