About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apiary Worker to join our team at Le marché apicole inc. As an Apiary Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and productivity of our bee colonies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the bee yard and beekeeping equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist with honey harvesting and other apiary-related tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and control pests and diseases that may affect the bees.
  • Record and report on apiary activities, including honey production and colony health.
Work Environment

As an Apiary Worker, you will be working outdoors in a rural area, often in hot weather conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong desire to learn and work in a team environment is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for this role.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35-45 hours per week, with a seasonal employment contract.
