Department Overview

Our team oversees both Internal Audit and Security functions. The Internal Audit team conducts audits and reports findings to senior management to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, while the Security team provides necessary assistance to third parties as mandated by legal obligations and licensing agreements. Additionally, we investigate damage claims to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize requests for information from external parties.
  • Serve as the primary contact for third-party inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations when providing information.
  • Collect, review, and document information accurately to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to uphold regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and facilitate billing processes to recover costs associated with information requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes related to information requests.
  • Track and manage stolen device forms and maintain annual reporting spreadsheets.
  • Monitor damage claims, preserve evidence, and conduct initial investigations.
  • Support the administration of tracking systems for third-party requests and generate statistical reports on activities.
  • Contribute to departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances up to Top Secret.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in an analytical role, interpreting data requests, and delivering appropriate information.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Strong multitasking, planning, and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Capability to build and leverage relationships across the organization.
  • Willingness to assist the team beyond standard duties as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adhere to established policies and procedures while also being a critical thinker who can adapt to variations in processes.
  • Experience working in a confidential setting.
  • Proven ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with telecommunications services is advantageous.
  • Existing security clearances are a plus.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation is beneficial.
