Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2383875 Alberta Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
