Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Assistant to join our team on an evening shift. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, offer advice on our products, and help drive sales and profit within the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand our products, including their natural ingredients and Community Trade programmes
  • Engage with customers to find products that suit their preferences and lifestyle
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
