About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk EUC & ITeSS Governance Analyst to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a key member of our Cross Product Readiness and Execution team, you will play a critical role in implementing a strategy for user-enabled tooling that supports business needs and reduces reliance on End User Computing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and direction to ABO and EUC champions on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Prepare materials for in-business governance forums and associated transformation program governance.
  • Monitor EUC & ITeSS Policy compliance and transformation program risk reduction metrics, and work with ABOs and EUC champions to create remediation plans for breaches identified.
  • Produce regular updates for key stakeholders, including Data Council, Risk Management Executive Committee members, BRCC, and EUC Steer Co.
  • Conduct in-business Quality Assurance/Review & Challenge across the EUC lifecycle, ensuring appropriate risk reduction documentation is provided.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise EUC Team and EUC Champions to drive collection of EUC metadata.
  • Leverage tools and capabilities to ensure appropriate inventory management governance exists around the EUC and ITeSS lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely execution of milestones, provide reporting of potential risks to delivery, and incorporate milestone reporting and changes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior work experience in analytics and/or strategy consulting.
  • Prior experience with Tableau is essential.
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skills.
