Administrative Receptionist

The role of the Receptionist at TREHAN & COMPANY is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks while providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate personnel or service areas.
- Information Management: Gather and process essential information to facilitate customer service.
- Appointment Scheduling: Organize and confirm meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and payment processing with accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed work logs and records to ensure operational efficiency.
- Clerical Support: Perform various administrative duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing correspondence.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
- Billing Management: Calculate and monitor billing charges to ensure accuracy.
- Assistance Services: Provide directory assistance to clients and visitors.
This position operates in a fast-paced setting that demands attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, although training will be provided.
