Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate personnel or service areas.
  • Information Management: Gather and process essential information to facilitate customer service.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize and confirm meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and payment processing with accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed work logs and records to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Clerical Support: Perform various administrative duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing correspondence.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Billing Management: Calculate and monitor billing charges to ensure accuracy.
  • Assistance Services: Provide directory assistance to clients and visitors.
Work Environment

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, although training will be provided.
